- 1/2 cup all purpose flour

I have made these for the last two Thanksgivings and everyone raves about them. My sister-in-law starts requesting them around Halloween, she even says she tells everyone about the amazing sweet potato casserole that I make for Thanksgiving. My family all agree that we don’t like sweet potatoes but we love this recipe. The only change that I make is that I bake the sweet potatoes rather than boiling them because I read that brings out the flavor better
