That was absolutely the best tasting turkey breast I have ever made and it was very tender and juicy I highly recommend it. I used powdered garlic and I would recommend using real garlic instead you have to be careful with the garlic making the gravy bitter. Care needs to be taken to add the garlic at the right moment. Broiler can make the garlic bitter

it didnt turn out bad by any means. there just wasnt a lot of flavor. i added a little worcestershire sauce after the fact and a few more seasonings.
