Super easy and great recipe to make early and heat up day of. Definitely recommend roasting the sweet potatoes no sugar needed!

Marshmallows aren't my favorite food but thought the grandkids might like it. It turned out that the adults loved it, the nutmeg gives it great flavor. Cooked the potatoes in casserole dish in the microwave, making it a one dish side.

I make this every year for my guy & he loves it! I’m going to try baking the potatoes this year!! Great tips in this recipe

We have made this several times with excellent results. Love that there is no added sugar in the potatoes. Marshmallows on top add the perfect amount of crispness and sweetness.

Great recipe and first time making it as a casserole. Fun for you little ones to help....especially the marshmallow part. Kudos to the creator of this wonderful recipe.

It was good. I added a tablespoon of maple syrup and only had large marshmallows but it still tasted good.

My grandmother made this for Thanksgiving every year. My mom preferred pineapples over marshmallows, so when my grandmother passed away, sweet potato casserole did too. I decided to try my hand at it when I saw this recipe...it will be part of MY Thanksgiving dinner from now on! Delicious...just as I remembered it! I did follow another user and reduced the nutmeg and added cinnamon, but otherwise I followed this recipe! Thank you for bringing sweet potato casserole back to me.

I used 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg. I also used 2 % milk and a tsp of vanilla. After putting marshmallows I sprinkled salted pecans crumbles on it!
