- 5 large eggs (beaten, room temperature)
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (cut into tablespoons)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh sage (very finely chopped and loosely packed)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
- fresh sage leaves (for garnishing, optional)
