- 4 medium sweet potatoes (scrubbed and patted dry)
- 2 bunches baby broccoli
- 1 tsp. avocado oil (or omit if OF)
- 15 oz. chickpeas (can, drained and rinsed)
- 1 Tbsp. tandoori masala (seasoning or your favorite spice blend, you can also skip this entirely!)
- sea salt (himalayan)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
- 1/2 cup sweet potatoes (mash reserves)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. juice (Edward & Sons Organic Turmeric, or sub ¼ tsp ground turmeric)
- 1 tsp. ginger juice (Edward & Sons Organic, or sub ⅛ tsp tsp ground ginger)
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup dill (chopped)
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
