- 1 1/2 cups corn (from fresh, frozen, or canned/drained)
- 2 cups black beans (cooked, 19-oz. can, rinsed and drained)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 lime (cut the other half into wedges to garnish bowls, optional)
