OMG these are delicious! Turned put bigger than i thought but my sweet potatoes were large and not medium. Very satisfying and my husband raved. i figured they were 5 WW points. Will be making them often.

Sooooo good. I am not a vegan, but this was as good or better than any beef burger I’ve ever had. This is going to be in the regular rotation for sure. The only thing I did differently was using plain breadcrumbs instead of flax seed. I topped it off with siracha mayo, swiss cheese, lettuce, and onion. Looking forward to making them again. The whole family really enjoyed them.
