- 1 cup sweet potatoes (cooked, or yam, mashed)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut flour (sifted, like this)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (unrefined, I use this one)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 4 strips cooked bacon (chopped into small pieces)
