- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 4 Tbsp. wheat (flour, or Oat or any gf flour. I used 2 Tbsp wheat)
- 2 bread crumbs (or more Tablespoons)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs (to coat)

- baby spinach
- fresh dill (chopped)
