  • 1 tsp. capers (drained)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. lime zest
  • 1/4 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard powder (dried)
  • 16 mini bell peppers (tops cut off, seeded)
