  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
    2. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray.
    3. Pour the barbecue sauce into a medium mixing bowl, along with the peach jam, cayenne and salt. Mix together the ingredients until well-combined.

    Awesome Sauce i didnt have Peach jam so i used pureed peaches but everything else was perfect!

    It was good, juicy chicken. The sauce was delicious. I made the chicken with broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower. Also with quinoa.

    Pretty quality, I didn't have peach jam so I used blackberry preserves which was almost as good! Also I used chicken breasts cut into about the same size as an average chicken thigh and only used half the sauce and preserves called for, so that it would have less sugar and be healthier. That ended up meaning I doubled the recipe to make 3 lbs of chicken and it seems pretty perfect to me!

    We enjoyed this recipe. You could really do any marinade with this preparation. I used Stubbs Sweet Heat BBQ sauce, which balanced nicely with the other flavors. I served it with roasted sweet potatoes and all the plates were clean. ‘This couldn’t be easier for any night of the week.

    My husband and boys LOVED this. I used Sweet Baby Rays Hickory & Brown Sugar. Need to know that this definitely has a kick to it if you serve it to people who don’t like spicy.
