As based on the suggestions, I doubled the Peach Jam and used 6 thighs. Worked great.

I omitted the cayenne, considering I am feeding children, and this recipe was still as incredibly delicious as it was simple! Definitely a new staple in our kitchen. Thank you Yummly!
Great dish. I decided to cook it in the crock pot and shred the chicken for sandwiches. Turned out well.

came out really good! although the amount of sauce you are making can cover more than the instructed amount of chicken being used.. and more cayenne pepper can be added also. other than that, it was perfect! taste like sweet n sour chicken from Chinese restaurants homemade style lol

It was a great recipe! I would use more peach preserves then the recipe calls, and the amount of sauce was perfect for 6 skinless boneless thighs not 4.

really good flavor! makes way too much sauce though. i ended up using seven chicken thighs instead of four and even then the thighs were kind of drenched.

Very easy to make and beautiful to serve. Did' not have any Peach Jam so I used some mashed canned peaches and ate the rest as a side. It was delicious. My wife loved it too.

Delicious. I used a different flavor of jam though because it was what I had on hand. Super easy.

This resulted in a delicious dinner! I love the subtlely sweet peach with the BBQ sauce. The chicken itself was soft and yummy with the glazing. I used chicken legs instead of thighs and then paired it with yellow rice and peas.

This dish was delicious.👌 I added a little more peach jam and a little less bbq for flavor. It is high in sugar but its a great quick fix meal after a long tournament day of volleyball. Pair it with stirfry rice and peas w/ carrots. 😁 Enjoy!

Very high sugar content for a non-outstanding result. Was tasty but heath benefits outweigh the flavour.

very tasty, although the peach flavor was not as prominent as I'd hoped it'd be.

One of the simplest yet tasty dinner ideas I've tried so far as a beginner cook.

I didnt care for the sauce. it was too sweet and not enough kick from the peoper. Maybe I'll tweak the recipe and try again eventually.

Really easy to make. Used a spicy BBQ sauce which complimented the sweetness of the peach. I will be making it again.

Very simple! Loved that, a little on the sweet side so the next time we make it we will try and tone down the sweet a little.

Not to good. Substitute chicken breast for the thighs, I guess I never really cared much for baked bbq chicken, always like rubber. I'm spoiled, better on the grill.
