- 4 cloves garlic (chopped fine)
- 2 Tbsp. raisins (chopped)

- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 29 oz. crushed tomatoes (can)
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- olive oil (for drizzling)
