- 250 grams prawn (Large, . I bought fresh prawns this time but you can use frozen ones)
- 1 capsicum (medium size, / Bell paper, I had green only but you can use red or yellow as well)
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 1 carrot (thinly sliced)
- 1 pineapple (small sized, in cubed form, 150 gm approx.)
- 7 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. corn flour (/ Corn starch)
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- chili paste (optional – according to your taste)
- 8 Tbsp. vegetable oil (I used sunflower oil)
- 1/4 cup spring onion (chopped)
- salt (to taste.)
