  • 1 capsicum (medium size, / Bell paper, I had green only but you can use red or yellow as well)
  • 1 onion (large, chopped)
  • 1 carrot (thinly sliced)
  • 1 pineapple (small sized, in cubed form, 150 gm approx.)
  • 7 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons black pepper (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour (/ Corn starch)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • chili paste (optional – according to your taste)
  • 8 tablespoons vegetable oil (I used sunflower oil)
  • 1/4 cup spring onion (chopped)
