it was ok. we drizzled some honey on it. mine came out a bit dry and seemed like too much corn and not enough bread.

Not so much a cake (unless I did something wrong, which is very likely as I am not much of a cook.). But quite good. easy to make (my son and I made together) and my son gobbled it up! (Used brown sugar instead of white as we didn't have white, so dont know if makes any difference.)

Turned out pretty good. Whole family loved it! Could be a little sweeter, and a little moister
