i used frozen and added too many trying to get the blender to have enough stuff to blend it. i put fresh pineapple bits and cilantro in it after i got the consistancy right and put it on chickwn and rice. i think it needs another ingredient... but I'm not sure what...
i will try again now that i know to use my immersion blender instead of my vitamix.
