I doubled the quantities using 3 medium sized mangoes and used about a dozen Birds Eye chilies. That made 3 jars of very tasty sauce for Christmas. Two were gifts. One is finished. Going to make more today but going to crank up the number of chilies to Spinal Tap volume! Highly recommended 😎

Delicious!!!
I used Carolina Reaper chilis and mix it all in the end to make a delicious HOT and sweet mango flavored creamy sauce.
