Excellent! The best ever, will make again! When cooking in a convection oven lower temperature by 5 degrees

It came out perfect. The perfect amount of sweetness (didnt even have to drizzle butter over the top after it was done). Thank you!

This cornbread was so moist and good. It did seem a little sweeter than I would have liked so I am going to make again using a little less sugar and honey.

All the rave at my Friendsgiving !
I made it as a side for my red beans and rice, some ate it with mustard greens. It was so moist and sweet but not as sweet as a cake. Taste the best warmed up. Definitely a hit! Everyone kept talking about it.

It was great. I used almond milk, coconut palm sugar, and maple syrup the first time ..and honey the second. It was good with the maple syrup, it added a very robust note, but it was better with the honey.
