This corn bread is a winner! One of the best I’ve ever had. I don’t know who loved it more the kids or the grown ups!

This recipe was a great reference! I switched the baking powder for baking soda and only put in 3 tsp. The texture came out perfect and tasted good! The only reason I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is that I think it needs a bit more sweetness added- like maybe an extra 1/3 of sugar or honey. Otherwise a great recipe, definitely making it again!

Came out great. It didn’t last long. My kids ate it like cake. I will make again.

I maserated plums and peaches in sugar. Then i put that on the bottom and put the Cornbread on top. Baked it for 45min at 375. Turned it into a Cobbler, it was fantastic.

This corn bread turned out really good!! I t had a really nice sweet flavor from the honey
