Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 1 cup ketchup (/sweetened with Honey, I call this sauce healthier because we ONLY use Ketchup sweetened with honey! One day I will make my own ketchup. Don’t worry if you don’t have this one, use the ketchup you have on hand.)
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar (don’t substitute, the sweetness in balsamic is perfect!)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic (we are major garlic people! you can adjust the garlic to your liking but try to use fresh, I cheat and buy minced garlic in water LOL, makes life simpler!)
- 1 tsp. mustard powder (I have also used mustard and deli mustard and it tastes good but we prefer dry mustard)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
- 1 tsp. cilantro (this is the secret to my sauce and the flavor is so good! We prefer fresh cilantro but it doesn’t stay fresh for long, so I keep dried cilantro in my spice cabinet!)
