Very good. Took inspiration from a few similar recipes online and added a bit of lemon juice, ground mustard, tumeric, a bit of maple syrup. Used 2% milk mixed with coconut milk because I had some to use up...the only thing is I would have liked the colour to be a bit lighter...roasting the squash definitely makes it darker.
