Wonderful! It’s basically a very nice honey-mustard glaze without the honey. Highly recommended.

Turned out tender and flavorful. I added minced garlic and chopped onion to the sauce since I didn't have shallots. I would do the garlic again, but would switch to shallots next time.

Sooo good! I just pan seared salmon3-4 min on each side & served with Dijon mixture on top alongside red quinoa & a salad. Divine!
