    These turned out great! I used water to close them & just kept them triagles, baking them in the oven flipping after 10 mins. sprinkled with powdered sugar & drizzled some warm salted caramel sauce on top. Easy & delicious.

    I baked mine with an egg yolk wash and cinnamon sugar on top. Even though I preheated the pan, the bottom want as crispy as I hoped.
