Good! I ran out of yellow cornmeal and used half white cornmeal. It came out good! The sugar wasn't overpowering. You don't notice there was no milk in it.

It came out really good. It was very moist and fluffy. It wasn't dry or mealy at all like other recipes that I tried in the past. And has been one of the easiest recipes to follow. This will be my go-to corn bread recipe from now on.
