    Just made. My granddaughter is my taste tester. She said they were good only next time add more sugar. She is used to Jiffy which is sweeter. Will add either 5T. or 6T. sugar next time which will probably be in a couple weeks.

    Very easy to make and quite tasty. I think next time I will add a little more oil, I used coconut oil or perhaps switch to olive oil as they were just a tad dry. Aside from that they were very very good cornbread muffins.
