It was very good! I did the 1 cup of milk like this: 1/3 of evaporated milk and the rest of coconut milk, also the creamed corn had coconut, delicious!

The ingredients were for one bread and the instructions were for a healthy bread with totally different ingredients. Just not very clear....the cornbread turned out delicious but crumbly.

Best cornbread ever! My wife has already made me bake it for her twice this week, and her coworkers said I should open a bakery. It’s quick & easy, and oh so moist.
