I had to adapt the recipe because I didnt have cornstarch (used flour) or sriracha (cooking for toddler who does not like spicy foods so i just uaed a tiny bit of cayenne and black pepper). With those changes, it was tasty. I had to make more of the soy sauce, lime, cornstarch concoction becaue it wasnt enough to coat all of the tofu. I doubled the soy sauce and lime, and left the cornstarch or flour aa only 1 tbsp. I think it needed a little more flavor so I would probably add more ginger if i were to make it again.
