- 2 Tbsp. peanut (pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)

- 3 chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. breadcrumbs (optional; though I show this in the video I think I prefer without breadcrumbs!)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha

I used all of the suggested toppings aside from sesame seeds and it was delicious! I really enjoyed it and will be making it again.
