- 1 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil (or olive oil)
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- 6 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce (I used Trader Joe’s or your favorite)
- 3 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 cups bell pepper (chopped, ~2 bell peppers, I used 1 red and 1 yellow)
- 2 cups snap peas (cut in half)
- 1 cup onions (chopped)
- 1 cup carrots (shredded)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. jumbo shrimp (16 raw frozen extra, peeled and deveined with tails or tails removed or large with or w/o tails, see shopping tips below)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil (or olive oil)
