A fusion of Korean and Mexican flavors to make a fun spin on the traditional quesadilla.
Ingredients

- 5 pieces chicken (Perdue Sweet Chili, Chunks)
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 cup Mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup salad (mixed spring)
- 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. honey

Directions
- Mix the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and honey and set aside.
- Place the chicken chunks on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Heat a skillet on medium heat and add 1/2 the oil for each tortilla.
