I made these early in the day of my event and put them in the deli drawer of my fridge. They were ready to pop in theoven at the last minute. If you prepare them in the oven, I suggest putting them under the broiler for the last few minutes to crisp up the bacon. I wanted a more savory appetizer so I did not use the brown sugar. Instead, I dipped the chicken pieces in egg and grated parmesan cheese before wrapping the chicken in bacon. This worked well, and was very tasty. My guests enjoyed this appetizer.
