Turned out great! Mine cooked in roughly a half hour, maybe the cast iron pan made a difference. I substituted fish sauce with extra soy sauce, a little bit of teriyaki sauce and lime juice. Yummm

I added about teaspoons of cornatarch to help the thickening of the sauce. Very flavourfull, but not overwhelming. Would make it again!

followed the recipe exactly and it looked nothing like the pic. it tasted okay. not following this recipe again.
