- 350 grams Fresh berries (or frozen, I used blueberries and raspberries)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (for baking or the same amount melted butter)
- 1 pinch fine sea salt (or fine himalayan pink salt)
- 1 1/3 cups quinoa flakes
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp. flax seed (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. agave syrup (or maple, add more if you like it sweeter, sub with honey if you like)
- 1 tsp. canela (ground)
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
