  • 1 pound ground turkey breast (raw 99% lean)
  • 1/3 cup panko crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion (dried minced/, found by the other dried spices, different brands call it minced/chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons light butter (I use Land O’Lakes light butter)
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 1/2 cups reduced sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon Beef Base (you can also use powdered bouillon or ½ a bouillon cube, but I highly recommend BTB, it’s awesome)
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes (dried)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
