- 1 lb. ground turkey breast (raw 99% lean)
- 1/3 cup panko crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion (dried minced/, found by the other dried spices, different brands call it minced/chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. light butter (I use Land O’Lakes light butter)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 cups reduced sodium beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Better Than Bouillon Beef Base (you can also use powdered bouillon or ½ a bouillon cube, but I highly recommend BTB, it’s awesome)
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes (dried)
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
