Description
For many of us, one of the best things about Ikea besides the fun and quirky furniture is the Swedish meatballs in the food court. Svenska köttbular in Swedish, these meatballs are packed with flavor. This recipe for Swedish meatballs includes breadcrumbs, potatoes, a combination of pork and veal, and a host of spices. Fried in butter and oil, the meatballs are then simmered in a creamy gravy for additional juiciness and flavor.
