i used both pork rinds and parmesan cheese as the binder and used an extra pound of beef but it turned out very well

This was pretty good it wasn’t like how I’ve had meatloaf before but it was still ok

Very good flavor!! Just make sure and crunch up the pork rinds really good or they turn in to chunks of fat and are soggy from the juices in the meatloaf..

Delicious. Everyone loved it. Used ground turkey instead of ground chicken. Keep it low in carbs using reduced sugar ketchup.
