I have actually made this twice already and it has been a huge hit. Prepping now to make it for my husband’s birthday. I have always loved carrot cake and used to doctor up the boxed versions- No more! This recipe is not difficult to follow and so worth the effort.

My carrot cake out great. It was nice and moist. I will be making another soon since my family enjoyed it very much.
