When you don’t have all the ingredients, you make with what you got so I skipped the tomato altogether (I don’t like em that much), and substituting Lobster with Coconut shrimp and burger buns with White bread loaf ends (with a bit of butter and sesame on the top one) and with the leftover Bourbon-marinated ground beef (marinade was from a store-bought packet) that I had prepped beforehand, these burgers came out absolutely BOMB...
Since it reminded me of a restaurant dish, I microwaved some frozen broccoli and put some frozen fries in the oven and seasoned both with spiced steak seasoning and all of it together blew my expectations totally out of the water!! [and from the land, pun intended]
