This was a huge hit. Served with Thai basil instead of mint and didn't have fresh ginger so used one tsp dried ground. Used petite sirloin sliced thinly at the store then cut into bite sized pieces. Next time will try a leaner beef sliced more thinly and will use the fresh ginger. My roomate also suggested nextime to cut the onion into rings but this would all only add to what already turned out deliciously. The use of the Chinese 5 spice blend really made this quick pho even quicker. Will make this again. Soon.
