I added 4 more cups of liquid. Next time I'll cover while cooking to retain the liquids better

Really tasty! I did not have any pepper so I used jerk seasoning. I found it to be not at brothy as I would like. But it had good flavor.

Awesome soup!!! I added golden beets to it, and some mushroom stock too. Will definitely make again!
