- 1/3 cup raisins (or goji berries)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup flaxseed (or chia seed)
- 1/2 Tbsp. canela
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or maple syrup for extra sweetness, optional)
- 1 protein powder (serving, scoop, desired, I used pea protein from Bob's Redmill, optional)
