- 8 frozen strawberries (or fresh, about 1 cup)
- 1 tangerine (peeled, sliced and seeded)
- 1/4 beet (fresh, use a small beet, which is usually less bitter)
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger (chopped or grated, or ¼ tsp ground)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (Just Like, Table Top natural chicory root sweetener, not Baking or to taste)
- 4 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 2 tsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Delicious, used it for hiking. Next time will exchange the water for coconut water and add some salt for electrolyte replacement.
