The dough is made very similar to my bread dough recipe so it was easy to follow and the doughnuts turned out very well. One thing I’ll do next time is use a lighter oil(I used canola and there was a little oily taste). Another is to not make balls out of the centres. With a round shape it is difficult to get the little buggers to stay turned over after one side is cooked.
