rest of the comments pretty much sum it up. Excellent! We have a gas oven so only thing i would change is keeping the Turkey covered w foil until the last bit to get a nice crust on the skin.

The breast would stay up so half was saturated in the juices while the other half was perfect.
Other than that it tasted good. Had it with some steamed rice and instead of making gravy, I used the onion soup “juice”. THAT WAS SO GOOD! My boys loved that oniony flavor!

Absolutely amazing!! The best turkey breast recipe I have ever tried! Very moist and absolutely delicious! I also rubbed butter in between the skin and meat.

i don’t think i’ve ever used onion dip seasoning in anything else, but this turned out delicious. i rubbed the turkey with the seasoning & spices (used light celery seed, did not have celery salt) and instead of cooking in chicken broth, i placed turkey in a roasting bag and cooked it in a basil wheat beer. it turned out absolutely fantastic. will definitely make again

This turkey turned out prefect! It was super moist and favorful. Everyone was complementing me on how nicely the turkey cooked. I found that one packet of onion mix was enough and i slipped the celery salt since it was the only thing i didn't have on hand.

SO good! This was super easy to make and came out juicy and full of flavor. I had all of the ingredients on hand except for the onion soup mix. I did happen to have condensed onion soup so I used that instead.
