very good recipe! I did use ripe bananas though instead of extract, just keep in mind that each medium banana has approx 30 gr of carbs so just dont eat the whole loaf in one day. Give some away!! Also a little hack I did instead of liquid stevia and additional milk, I added 1/2 - 3/4 cup of Torani sugar-free caramel syrup. This makes it super moist! It came out so good, better than regular banana bread IMO! And also I put some sugar free chocolate chips. I baked at 375 for 60-65 minutes
