- 24 oz. pasta sauce (your favorite, I like Barilla or Classico)
- 14.5 oz. reduced sodium beef broth
- 2 cups zucchini (chopped, slice zucchini in half and cut into slices)
- 2 cups mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 cup red bell peppers (diced)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- black pepper (to taste)
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves (packed)
- 6 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional topping)

This was okay. I will give it one more try but add less pasta sauce. For our personal taste the tomato flavor was too strong. I would also add more ground beef.
