- 200 grams cake flour (I used premium Blue Jacket cake flour)
- 25 grams wholemeal flour (I used organic wholemeal flour)
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder (I used aluminium-free baking powder which is healthier and improves the taste of your bakes)
- 60 grams brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt (I used the healthy himalayan pink crystal salt)
- 65 grams unsalted butter (cut into cubes, put in freezer, take out just before use, I used premium president french butter)
- 35 grams instant oatmeal
- 130 mL milk (fresh)
- 65 grams dried cranberries (or raisins)
