    This drink is very bland. I added honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg. I also substituted half the water for apple juice. These changes made a world of difference in this drink.

    Not very good kind of bland and thick

    Not very tasty. Quite grainy and hard to swallow. Perhaps coconut water would help.
