Absolutely loved!! Did not change a thing with the recipe except for when I seasoned the grouper I just put as much as I liked for more and less seasoning!

Great! I seasoned one side, baked for 10 minutes then flipped, brushed with mayo and broiled 2 minutes on second side. Served with
butterfly pasta with butter, Parmesan and sour cream. Yum,
