When I tasted the sauce it was on the salty side for me even though I used low sodium soy sauce. Once I combined it with the chicken it was perfect. I doubled the sauce so it would be enough over rice.

Made this tonight and didnt have salt reduced soy, substituted Tamari.
Great result.
Sauce is plentiful so you could probably scale back the ingredients for the sauce.

very good. i doubled the vegetables and used a little less honey. put over cauliflower rice
