It was very simple. The texture was right. The only problem there was WAY too much turmeric for my taste. Maybe my turmeric is strong. Next time I will halve the amount.

it wasnt so bad , i couldnt find nutritiois yeast but added sweet pepper to.balance the taste ... im new to veganism so it was weird for me a bit eating pretened egg, but this is a very very close alternative .
